Refund Policy

• Students who wish to cancel their enrollment must submit a refund request through an official AIIT channel.

• Refund eligibility will depend on the time of cancellation and whether the course or course access has already started or been provided.

• If a student cancels before the course starts, the student may be eligible for a refund according to the applicable AIIT refund terms.

• Once the course has started or digital course access or other services have been provided, the fee may be non-refundable.

• Registration, administrative, payment-processing, or other applicable charges may be non-refundable.

• Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the bank or payment service provider.
