Data Security & Legal Action

AIIT takes reasonable steps to protect student information and AIIT’s confidential data.

• Students must not copy, misuse, disclose, distribute, sell, publish, or share AIIT’s confidential information, student data, course materials, website content, or other protected information without written permission.

• Students must not attempt to access, change, damage, or misuse AIIT’s systems, accounts, databases, or digital information.

• If a student or any other person misuses, copies, discloses, steals, damages, or unlawfully accesses AIIT data or protected information, AIIT reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.

• AIIT may take reasonable steps to protect its students, data, confidential information, intellectual property, systems, and other legal rights.

• Any legal action will be taken in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Policy Acceptance: By submitting an admission application or enrolling in an AIIT course, the student confirms that they have read and understood these policies and agree to follow them.
